By examining the diagram, and considering just the structure of the schedule
(not the specifics of each task) which tasks do you think are risky and why?
[10 marks]
List the tasks you identified in part (a) in order of riskiness (from LOWEST
RISK to HIGHEST RISK). Some tasks may be equally risky.

Suppose that your team is implementing a system requiring a MySQL relational database and the language PHP (on the main server), both of which are familiar for you and your team. However, the business you are working for requires access by their sales team (users) through two mobile devices, the iPod Touch and the iPhone, in addition to desktop computers. That means you have the added task of preparing interfaces for the mobile devices and for desktop PCs. The mobile devices are coded in an operating system and programming language that are not familiar to your team. You are expecting two developers in about two weeks into the project (but this had not yet been confirmed). The developers are familiar with the mobile devices, and are coming from another project in the company.
The key functional requirements have been specified, the overall design has been approved and a data model produced. The remainder of the project has the following specific tasks that correspond to the network diagram shown above:: Task Description
A
Prepare user scenarios for main functional requirements
B
Implement the data model
