Ipip Test. Psychology

1. The IPIP test is a kind of test of one’s personality from openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism these five aspects. It included 120 multiple choices, and for each of them had 5 choices of ”strongly agree”, “moderately agree”, “neither agree or disagree”, ”strongly disagree” and “moderately disagree”. Each of these 120 multiple choices described a situation that might happen in my life and asked for my attitude towards the situation, or let me make the decision to solve the problem raised. I was interested and felt enjoyed while I was doing the test because I was curious about if the test could tell who I was and how did it make it, and also wanted to explore and found the hidden me from the personality test. After finished the test, I felt 90% of excited and 10% of supervised when I checked my results. Overall, I was a person who tended to enjoy the time with others but also alone, who was pleasant, sympathetic, cooperative, reliable, hard-working, exceptionally calm, composed and unflappable, who enjoyed tradition but also wanted to try new things and who was regarded as a well-educated but not an intellectual person. I think the most of them are about the true me, and I believed that the results reflected me well. 2. (Conscientiousness, achievement-striving & dutifulness) (Openness to experience, imagination & emotionality) In achievement section, it said that I was a hard-working guy because I got 53 points of this section which was regarded an average level. I felt a little bit surprised about this because my parents, friends and even myself thought I was a lazy man because sometimes I would not to do extra works or even I would like to make short shrift of the mandatory tasks. I thought the result could be reliable after I “re-calculated” my experiences.
