The iPhone 4S is a touchscreen smartphone developed by Apple Inc. It is the fifth generation of the iPhone, a device that combines the 3.5-inch iPod Touch with mobile phone capability. It retains the exterior design of its predecessor, the iPhone 4, but is host to a range of improved hardware specifications and software updates. The iPhone 4S comes in two colors, black and white. It is a combination of a hand-held computer, cell-phone, GPS, digital/video camera, and music player and Siri into one device, powered by a rechargeable 1432mAh lithium-polymer battery. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, and is an important tool often used to highlight where a business is, and where it could be in the future.
