Why are ethics so important in American Law and how do they help shape the laws in this country? Explain three important ABA Model Rules along with examples that apply to law firms. Explain three important ABA Model Rules along with examples that apply to Attorneys. Summarize your application of the ABA model rules and responses to these questions in a paper of 1-2 pages in length.

In addition to fulfilling the specifics of the assignment, a successful paper must also meet the following criteria:

Length should be 1-2 pages, excluding cover page and references page Double-spaced and in a 12-point font
