  1 Description of Job Duties

1.1Project Introduction
  The GCP---short for the Global Competitive Project---is a consultative project cooperated by HUST and Ohio University. It aims to provide an opportunity for both students in China and America to work together on a consultative work for several companies located in Wuhan. Students are divided into groups of five, each of which comprises two MBA students from Ohio University, two post-graduates majoring management and a junior English major from HUST. The goal of each group is to find out what problems the client company really faces and wants to get resolved through the project and make some practical and constructive advice in accordance with its need. Therefore, each group has to visit the client company twice, make clear its need, collect and analyze some relevant information and come up with a report at the end of the project.
