CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
The objective of the Industrial Training is the following: i. To examine the mission, vision, goals, structure, resources and the work culture of an organization. ii. To learn, acquire and understand real world office system management as well as the role of an employer and see how it fits into their role. iii. To discuss rules, guidelines/policies of the company that are important to follow not only in working environment but also in one’s personal life. iv. To integrate theory with practice. v. To study various aspects of industrial practices and ethics. vi. To develop professional problem-solving skills.
PROGRAM DETAILS
a. Qualifications* Diploma : Has completed at least 70 credit hours.
b. Duration of Industrial Training The duration for Industrial Training is as follows:- i. Diploma – 12 weeks
c. Training Procedures Students must adhere to the policies and procedures as stipulated by the organizations.
1.1 Training date
The trainee went to self-report and starts the Industrial Training on 3rd June 2013 and ended the Industrial Training on 23rd August 2013
