eCommerce Installation Guide

1. Log in to the eCommerce Application for a particular division with your User ID and password.

2. Main Menu – Click on the Sale Order or Contact link.

3. On Clicking on the Sale Order link user is asked to call up the eCommerce helpdesk and get the setup file. Or the user can check the email checkbox and send email to the eCommerce helpdesk requesting for the installation files.

Please enter the required data and click on the send mail button. The helpdesk will send the setup file and installation procedure on the email provided.

Running the Setup file

4. Once you receive the setup file and Installation guide. Please make the necessary setting changes for IE and Run the exe file . Screen appears as below.

5. Select the division and enter the user ID and submit. Message will appear as setup run successfuly.

6. Go back to the application and click on the Sale order link. The Sale order screen is displayed as below.
