 Corporation
 (GPC)
 has
 a
 global
 presence
 through
 its
 industrial
 and
 retail
  products
  such
  as
  appliances,
  industrial
  motors,
  wire
  harnesses
  for
  automobiles
  and
  airplanes,
 robotic
 control
 systems
 etc.
 
 Devinco
 as
 an
 emerging
 market
 has
 a
 huge
 growth
  potential
  for
  the
  GPC
  and
  its
  market
  share
  globally.
  In
  the
  light
  of
  these
  recent
  developments
  and
  for
  the
  successful
  partnership
  between
  these
  two
  entities,
  a
  stock
  taking
 of
 the
 potential
 issues
 that
 GPC
 and
 Devinco
 government
 face
 in
 terms
 of
 the
 fair
  labor
  and
  employment
  standards
  can
  prove
  beneficial.
  The
  scope
  of
  this
  memorandum
  is
  to:
