InterClean has a tremendous amount of work on their hands after making the official decision that the company needs to adopt and use solutions based selling to increase overall sales and put the company back on the fast track to success. InterClean has researched the needs of their customers and found that they are not only interested in the products sold, but the solutions and services that come with the products. However, it is going to be difficult as the company needs to ensure that all employee morale and motivation are increased and all employees are equipped with the skills necessary to properly execute solutions based selling. If they do, this will produce successful long-term results for the InterClean.
However, to make certain that solutions based selling is right for the company InterClean must perform further analysis to ensure success. The company will need to identify any issues that may arise and look for ways to turn these issues into opportunities, establish an end-state vision and make sure the employees are working alongside this vision at all times, identify alternative solutions to their problem, assess any risks, identify an optimal solution, and formulate an implementation plan. By doing this, InterClean will dramatically increase the odds of being successful in this endeavor.

It is no surprise that InterClean has several issues to address. This will not be an easy task by any means, but if the company is able to turn these issues into opportunities, it will ensure success.
