Re: EnviroTech acquisition

As a result of the recent acquisition of EnviroTech, I would like to take a minute to discuss some important items with the three of you.
First off, I would like to thank you all for your dedication and hard work during the past few weeks as the merger became final. I am aware that situations like this are stressful and rarely easy; however, I am confident that you all will continue to exemplify the high ideas and moral standards that built this company.
By now, you are aware that your position means that employees look to you for guidance and direction. I feel that it is essential that we, as managers, continue to promote a peaceful and positive working environment. I would like this to be done by assembling team meetings so that any questions and concerns can be addressed. Please try to resolve all concerns within your meetings. Also, please iterate to your teams that team meetings are the only place to bring up and address concerns and that these meetings will be a weekly occurrence. Since we are in the beginning stages of the merger, I am sure that there will be many questions on the horizon. Please do your best to keep a log of all unanswered questions as we will address these as answers become available.
As the diversity of the company will be changing over the next few months, I would like to stress the importance of maintaining a positive attitude. The integration of EnviroTech to InterClean will certainly cause a change in the dynamics of our day to day routine. Please be cautious for the dismay that may come about and do your best to instill the practices you have learned to help your teams (and yourself) cope with the diversity changes.
