As managers of InterClean we monitor staff, take corrective action and are responsible for planning and directing various work groups toward the desired goal implemented by our CEO. It is vital that as Sale Managers we keep our staff motivated to reach above average levels of sales that are outlined. To become effective in our role as managers it is essential that our behavior presents a positive image that in return our staff produces growth within the organization.   There are many things that can make our staff feel important, but in our position the attitude we present is contagious and reciprocated. When you smile or do a generous deed you will receive that in return from the other person. As mangers showing up to work unhappy, uninvolved or exhausted it sends negative signals to the employees that their job is not worth the time and energy asked to invest for future growth and career advancements within the organization. Conversely, when managers exhibit passion, excitement, dedication and persistence it will inspire those around to mirror their actions. Also a manager who shows a sincere admiration for their employees and sympathy for their well being will inspire them to be more effective and productive in their teams. If done effectively and efficiently a manager will be admired by his or her team to produce a positive outlook with the organization.    
As a manager, knowing the companies regulations as well as general employment laws and responsibilities that can hinder or progress the organization is vital to your success. Legal and ethical actions are incorporated into a manager’s daily duties. How an employee is hired, terminated, paid, tested, awarded time off and promoted all have laws and regulations that must be followed.
