I. INTRODUCTION
People nowadays are fond of using their desktops, laptops, or their note PC, because of its primary advantage, to conserve time in a long research and to shorten such paper works. Computers are very viral in terms of entertainment, research works, and many more; indeed, some uses it as their business for good. Computers were formed because of its several parts, parts which makes it a whole. One of which is the “PROCESSOR”, which is one of the most important part of the system unit. The processor, also known as the Central Processing Unit (CPU), serve as the “engine” of the computer. It is the component which enables a user to identify whether the connection is fast or slow in such way that it is being operated. It also enables the system create a fast retrieval of information across the applications and programs. Apparently, selecting the kind or quality of the processor is best considered for performing certain tasks on a computer. It is also responsible for interpreting and processing every code it receives from the other computer components; making it usable for the operating system. A Processor is a device usually attached on the computer’s motherboard which enables the computer to function. Its primary function is to present an output or an image in the computer’s monitor, which enables the users to view what does this computer itself contains. It is a small chip but functions big, and gives extra applications that the user could use. A processor is the main consideration in the computer’s parts because of its big advantage and effect on the computer. The basic demand of each processor is the main reason why corporations of processors arise. One of the most leading brands of processors is the Integrated Electronics (Intel), which is the foremost supplier of most processors. Intel creates processors that are worth useful and has a great advancement compared to some brands. Intel’s processor had captured all the expectations of users specially those gamers, because of its upgraded output. The other corporation that produces processors is the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), which is second to the largest supplier of some processors. AMD also creates processors that is commonly used by some, and is widely introduced into some parts of the world because of its price advantage. PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

One of the utmost purposes of conducting this research was to give the users the knowledge on what really a processor is. Then, to know what would be the appropriate processor should be used in the different types of a computer. Then, to identify the processor which has a good quality of performance and is efficient in multi-tasking and encoding processing. Also, to easily determine what processor is available on markets and is common to all and a processor that is advance and has an advantage of processing functions. COMPUTER PROCESSOR HISTORY
