PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. (Formerly PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Gizindo Primanusantara, Indosentra PT Pelangi, Indobiskuit PT Makmur Mandiri and PT Ciptakemas Abadi) is a manufacturer of various types of food and beverages, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company was founded in 1990 by the name of Salim Sudono Panganjaya Intikusumayang in 1994 to Indofood. The company is exporting its food material to Australia, Asia, and Europe. In recent decades PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Indofood) has been transformed into a Total Food Solutions company with operations covering all stages of the food production process, from the production and processing of raw materials to the final product to be available on the shelves of retailers. • 1982 - Original Sarimi PT Jaya was established and started manufacturing branded instant noodles Sarimi. That early-stage companies to form the largest food company Indofood. • 1984 - Joined with PT Sanmaru Food Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (of Group Anchor Teak), which produces instant noodles brand Indomie. • 1986 - acquired PT Supermi Indonesia, which produces branded instant noodles Supermi. • 1987 - Launched a cup of instant noodles in the form of branded Pop Mie. • 1989 - acquired PT Sari Food Nusantara, which produces baby food branded SUN. • 1990 - Forming a joint venture with PepsiCo, Frito-Lay Inc. which owns the brand and started producing snacks like Chitato, Chiki, Cheetos, Jetz, Lay's, and Qtela. • 1990 - After making acquisitions and merges, the company was founded under the name of PT Panganjaya Intikusuma. • 1994 - Changed name to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Initial public offering as many as 763 milion shares with a nominal value of Rp. 1,000 per share,listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. • 1995 - Acquired a grain mill Bogasari.

• 1997 - Acquired a 80% stake in a company engaged in the plantations, agribusiness and distribution. Conduct a limited public offering ratio 1:5, the total addition of as much as 305,2 million shares. • 2005 - Forming a joint venture with Nestlé, the company acquired the plantation in West Kalimantan. • 2006 - Acquired 55.0% stake in shipping company Pacsari Pte. Ltd.. • 2007 - Recorded Agribusiness Group shares on the Singapore Exchange and the placing of new shares. • 2008 - Acquired 100% shares of Drayton Pte. Ltd.. which has effectively 68.57% stake in PT Indolakto, a leading dairy company. • 2009 - Started the process of internal restructuring CBP Group through the establishment of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur (ICBP) and the expansion of business activities and the instant noodle seasoning, followed by merger of all subsidiaries in the Group Consumer Branded Products (CBP), which is wholly owned by the Company , into the ICBP. • 2010 - Completed Group internal restructuring CBP through the transfer of ownership of shares in the subsidiary by the number of CBP Group ownership is less than 100% to ICBP and do the IPO, followed by the listing of shares on the Stock Exchange ICBP Indonesia on October 7, 2010.
