Inside Criminal Law
Many often wonder what is the meaning behind Criminal Law and what can this law do to protect the citizens of the city, state, country and nation. Answers that so many lack in knowing the truth. According to socyberty.com the purpose of Criminal Law is to protect and to serve. This simply means that it is important to have a regulation in place in order to ensure that our society of people feel as safe as possible to freely move about without having to be consumed with fear of less freedom. Moreover, having this kind of information only allows the community to have the comfort of knowing that there is a justice system in place to assist them in whatever needs that they require to depend on the law.
Additionally, there are also two main functions in place that is needed to The first function of the criminal law system is to express public morality. Expressing public morality is when the public decides the law by what is right or wrong depending on the community. The second function of criminal law is teaching sociable boundaries. Teaching sociable boundaries is when the criminal is punished to be taught a lesson. At the same time criminal justice system is also making an example of the criminal and by that the community is seeing that and will know what to expect if you do the crime. With that being said, there are also several sources of Written Criminal Law and what they support. (1.) Constitutional law The law as expressed in the U.S. Constitution and the various state constitutions. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land.State constitutions are supreme within state borders to the extent that they do not violate the U.S. Constitution or a federal law.
