Every year they celebrate the festival “La Tomatina”. all day long thousands of people throw at each other tomatoes. This brings tourists from all over the world and they use many tons of tomatoes.

Andrés lives in Washington, D.C, he owns various restaurants in the United States and hosts a program on PBS. He also has been on the Late show with David Letterman and Top Chef.
