United Kingdom

Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the culture elements of United Kingdom and explain how they formed

Central Idea: To increase the desire of you to visit United Kingdom this fascinating country

Introduction

Nowadays, travel has become a popular activity due to the advance of science and technology. Not only scholars will travel for education, people will also travel for business, visit friends and families, relaxation and leisure too. It causes the tourism industry develop rapidly under the great inflow of foreign exchange. And in fact become the most important industry in all countries.

Every country wants to increase the number of inbound travellers. Therefore, leisure travellers will be the main target for them. The common method they used to promote themselves usually is enhancing the images of their culture. Since different countries have different culture, it is the unique selling proposition for them and also the main reason that why the travellers go to visit those countries.

To prove the relationship between culture and tourism is inseparable, I have chosen the United Kingdom to be an example.

First of all, I will introduce the culture elements of United Kingdom and explain how they formed. And then, it will show you how did those culture affected the lifestyle of British and furthermore, included their tourism strategies. I have try to analysis the interrelationship of culture and tourism no matter it is positive or negative in the next part. Comparison between United Kingdom and other countries are used to stand outs the characteristics of Britain as well, Let's start with the background information.
