Furthermore, I also recommend systems that will be appropriate fir the Quickshop.

The phrase “technology revolution” has become a bit of a cliché. Everyone agrees that technology has impacted the lives of 21st century people dramatically. Ways of communicating and processing information thought to be impossible a few short year ago commoplace today. No company can long survive in todat’s business environment without some technology. No business person can expect career growth without a working knowledge of technology, especially as it interfaces with the all important task of building customer loyalty (Tim, P. R & Jones, C.G 2005). Therefore, it is very important for the retail shop to plan IS/IT in order to survive and compete with others. Having a good IS/IT helps the organisation a lot in running their business effectively.

The main purpose of investing on technology of the retail shop is to further improve the efficiency in operations.
