Piri Thomas Biography:
Piri Thomas is of Puerto Rican and Cuban parents, born in New York in 1928. Poverty, racism, and crime affected him, and in 1949 were jailed for seven years. These helped Thomas to overcome the influence of drugs and crime. In 1967 was an important year in his life, because launched his career as an author.

Charles Dickens Biografía:
Dickens was born in February 7, 1812, in Landport. British writer, one of the best known. His novels and stories are popular. Dickens was and still revered as a literary idol of writers worldwide.

Enrique (Hank) Lopez was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. Die when he had 65 of a heart attack. Hank was lawyer, writer and teacher. Believed the first Chicano graduate of Harvard Law School. He interrupted his legal work to write and teach.
