A Reference Guide in Helping New
Members of Staff

This leaflet has been designed to help you, to help your co-workers.
Pass on your knowledge and guide them so that they too will be a success!

David Kolb was born in 1939. He attended Knox College and earned his undergraduate degree in 1961.
He then went to Harvard University and earned his Ph.D. in Social psychology. Now, he works at the Weatherhead
School of Management at Case
Western Reserve University as a
Professor of Organizational
Behaviour.
