MBA is a stepping-stone to the Management carrier and to develop good Managers is necessary that the theoretical must be supplement with exposure to the real environment. Theoretical knowledge just provides the base and it’s not sufficient to produce a good Manager that’s why the practical knowledge is needed. Therefore the Comparative Project is an essential requirement for the student of MBA. This research project not only helps the students to utilize his skills properly and learn field realities but also provides a chance to the organization to find out talent among the building Managers in the very beginning. I have done my project on the topic “STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF INDIAN CAPITAL MARKET WITH THE HELP OF FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS”.
The study of Indian capital market begins with the introduction of the capital market what is capital market & this study shows that the capital market is the backbone of the Indian economy.
The scenario of Indian capital market, in which how the reform of capital market takes place, is shown in that what are the different player, participants & how the capital market is works is also the part of the study, this is not technically shown. It is shown by Fundamental Analysis. In this part what is the position of capital market of India is shown by describing the Indian economy.
Fundamental Analysis is the main part of analysis to capital market. In Fundamental Analysis, Economy Analysis and Company Analysis plays a major role.
In the study, I have taken 20 companies from 10 different sectors of Indian Market. From each sector 2 companies have chosen. The purpose of the project is not to find best sector but to find a company which is best suitable for investment. The purpose and why I have chosen 20 companies is described in Objectives and Research Methodology Part.
Under economy analysis, Current State of Indian Economy has been taken which described 8 main sectors and Company Analysis -ratio analysis, Edward Altman’s Z score, EPS, Market Capitalization, Book value etc has been considered. I came to know some findings and conclusion after analyzing the Capital market.
