Introduction
Airdevils, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Celsey Evans, who was named best female stunts artist that same year.   Celsey was joined by four of her colleagues in 1996.   The organization quickly emerged as a leader in the industry, entertaining audiences with their challenging and innovated aerial stunts.   Airdevils Inc. received it first award in 1997, numerous awards would be won, nationally and internationally, and three short years later, signed its first million dollar contract.   The organization that started with one woman steadily grew into a workforce of 115 in 2007.
It was in 2007, after not receiving recognition or awards at competitions and clients expressing their disappointment regarding the quality of the stunts performed, the loss of several key employees, and the sinking job satisfaction of current employees, that Celsey decided she must take action.   Celsey discovered a blog created by Airdevils Inc., employees where employees freely expressed themselves regarding their work environment that was less than flattering to the organization.
Celsey realized that if Airdevils Inc. was going to in order to remain competitive in the industry, these issues would need to be addressed.   She hired the Dream Teamwork organizational consulting firm to help her get to the root causes of the issues and to develop and implement a plan to promote success.
This paper will address the key issues at Airdevils Inc., stunts performers’ high level of job dissatisfaction and loss of talent, job course correction, developing of a consulting group to address the concerns of clients, and the stress and high absenteeism rate of the support crew.   This paper will identify the situations, recommend solutions and the reasoning behind them and share the results of the simulation.
