Communication is an important process of transferring information. The most important components of communication are: the sender, the receiver, a message and the feedback. First the sender who is the person or entity that is sending a message with information. The receiver gets the message from the sender. After receiving the message, he tries to encode the message and prepares a proper answer which is called, the feedback. Communication is an essential part of this modern world; being used all the time in business, pleasure, sport or many other situations. There are different types of communication, verbal and nonverbal communication. Nonverbal communication is communicating without words but through gesture, body language, facial expression and eye contact. A clear message can be send to a receiver who will understand this correctly. Verbal communication is communicating with words. Most people believe this is the most but in reality verbal communication is only utilized 35% and nonverbal communication 65%. Problems can also quickly interfere when people communicate, these are called communication barriers. Types of barriers are interpersonal barriers, this happens when people are not able to listen objectively to the message. Selective listening, which is when the receiver is only partly listening with all his attention to the message. The environment can also be a barrier, noise surrounding from people. Important is to evaluate what potential barriers can be affecting for the delivery of the message as well the receiving feedback. Communication channels are another important issue. In the past only face-to-face interaction was possible but with new technologies like phones, computers and others to give a total new way of communication possible. One of the biggest technological inventions are the social network sites like Facebook and Twitter. Facebook is used by millions and millions of people all over the world. Facebook is based on communication between members. People have a certain number of friends which whom they share pictures, comments on the pictures and also sending personal messages to everyone. In this case people send a message through Facebook to a friend that will read that message on their own computer and can give feedback to the sender of the message. Technology is the key for successful communication in a modern world. People don’t need to wait anymore until they see the person, but simply can use computers and cell phones to send their message and receive quick feedback. Without communication a company can’t be successful. All world activities are based on communication. Without it nothing can happen. Starting with food, in order to buy food people need to communicate. Team sport would be impossible if people aren’t able to communicate with each other. Business people need to communicate to sign contract for working together. Love wouldn’t exist, this means the end of humans. Basically the world wouldn’t exist without communication

The developments stages of a team from begin to end are forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning. The forming part is when all team members are introduced and where they get to know each other. This stage is already important to see of there is a connection between different members of the team. The next stage is storming, here all team members start to brain storm and give their own opinion of how they see things happen in the future. In this stage members are trying to put possible barriers between each other aside. Norming is the next stage of team development. After having put the possible barriers aside, trust is the next step of building up a strong team. This stage is really about forming a team and not individuals that only work for their own success. All the preparation stages are done, so now real work can begin. In the performing stage the team members work together on a common goal. Efficiency is very important here,...
