Education is not all about studying and getting good marks. It is really a means to discover new things which we don't know about and increase our knowledge.

An educated person has the ability to differentiate between right and wrong or good and evil. It is the foremost responsibility of a society to educate its citizens.

Focus should be on women’s education because the knowledge and empowerment of one woman can bring about a change in a family and even the society as a whole. It is the uneducated and illiterate people who think women are not entitled to education.

A person becomes perfect with education as he is not only gaining something from it, but also contributing to the growth of a nation.

We must realise the importance of education. We must aim to ensure that each citizen of our nation is educated and independent. What is the advantage of having an education? Having a education will give you a better chance of getting a job that pays an above minimum wage. Formal education, together with a lot of work by the student can produce qualifications and credentials that will land you that promotion or management position.

An education also improves you as a human being. It helps you develop to your full potential. Learning is the most powerful tool in the world. The more you know the better you get along in the world.

Education versus Training
You could start working immediately after completing school, skip further studies and get free training from the company. Why not?

According to Wikipedia, training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies. This is a result of the teaching of practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training is teaching someone how to do something. Most training is company-specific and not easily transferable from one job to another.
