Overview

Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc is In order to improve Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc high quality service, we selected to build up leisure part as the best idea. Human resource department plays a important role in a successful implement. In this activity, Human resource department has corporation with marketing&sale department, operation department and financial department. HR department will force on staff recruitment staff training, monitoring, evulation and staff re-allocation. Initially, Human resource department make a time plan, the coming five years plan are included in it. HR department will implement a set of training course depends on different level of manager and staff in different period. HR department has communication with other department and set up the milestone. Subsequently, based on different kinds of training, we have different funds allocation, resource requirement and staffing plan. , especially for oversea manager staff training, which will going twice a year. All the items are with financial plan. Beside, HR department list some risk could happen in the future impletation. HR will do our best to avoid those risk. The financial department got 25million budget on Human resource department. The last but nor least, the implement will set up milestones, analysis risks could happen,

Impact of human resource department
We recommended that Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc invest leisure part to improve high quality service, as it is the most accessible way to get more customer and increase selling price. Several impacts to human resource department are follow:

• Staff recruitment. As leisure part is a project which needs large employee. It is impossible to operate leisure part rely on the present employee only. • Staff training. For new staff, they have to learn everything which included company history and processes. For present staff, although they are familiar Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc, leisure part is a new project to them. HR department have to design all the training course and balance time. • Wages. Because large number of new staff will join company, human resource department should manager the new staff, reset and adjust the wages policy. To make sure welfare to all the staff. • The relationship between staff and management, a part of present staff who may not willing to change work position. It is possible that arisen conflict between superior and subordinate.

Time plan
This project will last for three year. We as HR department will force on the first year staff training. And then, we plan both staff and manager will be train twice of three times a year. The Gantt chart shows the detail below: [pic]
