Impact of Possible Problem Areas

• Drawings
Once it assumed that the drawings are accurate it is essential that any information taken off the drawings is correct. It is essential that discovery of errors is made as early as possible to limit the delay and reduce the cost of rectifying the error.
Units of measurement must be correctly converted from drawing to ground level building project should conversion be necessary. Reversion to the drawings must be noted and compared with the original copies to ensure that the only changes from the originals are those that were revised. It is necessary that from then on only the drawings that were revised are used to reduce the risk of mistakes which would lead to delays and extra costs to the project.
