What problems or difficulties do the characters face?
The long battle of the Trojan War between the Greeks and Trojans, as well as Achilleus’ goal to get revenge on Hektor for killing his friend Patroklos. How are the characters’ problems resolved?
Achilleus kills Hektor in the end of the story.
Do the events happen logically?
The events happen in an order that one thing led to the next, such as the fact that Achilleus wanted to kill Hektor for killing Patroklos, which was caused by fighting in the Trojan War. Setting
Where and when does the story take place?
The story takes place in Troy, about 9 years after the start of the Trojan War (12th or 13th century B.C.)

Do the time and place affect the characters and events, cause a conflict, or set a mood? The story started off in medias res, or in the middle of a war, so the mood is set as a very battle like and angry state. The time and place caused a conflict between the major characters Achilleus and Hektor because the war is what ended up with them fighting each other as a conflict. Characters

The main character, Achilleus, was the greatest warrior of his time period who possessed superhuman strength as well as a strong relationship with the gods. His excessive pride usually got the best of him, and whenever it was injured he would be filled with anger. He thirsts for glory and wants his name to be remembered throughout time. How are the characters’ qualities revealed?

His qualities are revealed as you progress through the story and his or other actions result in consequences or a new chain of events. What motivates the character?
The thirst for glory and to be remembered by all, as well as to get revenge and keep his pride. Does the main character change? How and why?
