Abstract--The paper identifies the issues and the solution to overcome these problems. Cloud computing is a subscription based service where we can obtain networked storage space and computer resources. This technology has the capacity to admittance a common collection of resources on request. It is the application provided in the form of service over the internet and system hardware in the data centers that gives these services. But having many advantages for IT organizations cloud has some issues that must be consider during its deployment. The main concern is security privacy and trust. There are various issues that need to be dealt with respect to security and privacy in a cloud computing scenario

I. INTRODUCTION
Cloud computing is latest trend in IT world. It is Internetbased computing, whereby shared resources, software and information, are provided to computers and other devices on-demand, like the electric grid. When this cloud is made available for the general customer on pay per use basis, then it is called public cloud. When customer develops their own applications and run their own internal infrastructure then is called private cloud. Integration and consolidation of public and private cloud is called hybrid cloud. It has many open issues some are technical that includes scalability, elasticity ,data handling mechanism, reliability, license software, ownership, performance, system development and management and non-technical issues like legalistic and economic aspect. The new concept of Cloud Computing offers dynamically scalable resources provisioned as a service over the Internet and

Cloud computing is a technology that uses the web (Internet) and central remote servers to maintain data, software and application. Cloud computing allows users to use applications without installation in their local machine to access their personal and official files on any computer with internet access. This technology allows users to access much more efficient computing by centralizing storage, memory and processing. This is not a new technology; it’s associated since inception of the web. In the libraries cloud computing is used to build a digital library and to automate housekeeping operations using third party services, software and hardware. Cloud computing refers to both applications delivered as a service over the internet and the systems software in the data centers that provide services. In simple words the datacenters, hardware and systems software is what we can call a cloud. A simple example of cloud computing is Yahoo mail, Gmail etc. One does not need any software or server to store them. These services are free to all users till some limit, any extra storage capacity and advanced services are available at cost.…

Cloud computing is one of the leading buzz terms in the world of IT today. Seemingly every possible solution has been enhanced with the mere addition of the word “cloud”. Cloud computing refers to applications and services offered over the Internet. These services are offered from data centers all over the world, which collectively are referred to as the "cloud." This metaphor represents the intangible, yet universal nature of the Internet. The idea of the "cloud" simplifies the many network connections and computer systems involved in online services. In fact, many network diagrams use the image of a cloud to represent the Internet. This symbolizes the Internet 's broad reach, while simplifying its complexity. Any user with an Internet connection can access the cloud and the services it provides. Since these services are often connected, users can share information between multiple systems and with other users. Examples of this technology include online backup services, social networking services, and personal data services such as Apple 's MobileMe. Cloud computing also includes online applications, such as those offered through Microsoft Online Services. Hardware services, such as redundant servers, mirrored websites, and Internet-based clusters are also examples of cloud computing. ("Technology terms," 2009)…
