Ans: - Spaghetti was an exotic dish in those times and the people at the supper table were not very expert in eating it. They were eating spaghetti in a very funny way. When they would move the dish from plate to mouth, it would slip down again. All the created very funny situation.

Ans: - The writer was very much against the formal rules of writing according to him, that kind of writing was very boring and dull. Ans: - Florence city was blessed with intellectuals, bankers, craftsmen, businessmen and so on. Its people had the courage to initiate and take risks. As it was a republic so people were free to make their own choices. The most important factor was its geographic position. The trade routes opened the doors of success, knowledge and wealth.

Ans: - Humanism had great impact on art and architecture. Before this time castles were built for protection not for comfort and beauty. The church lavished money on its building and decoration.
