The fixed punishment for each type of crime has been discussed for many people belong the years. In many countries which crimes are widespread, there are both of opinions. Some people believe that the fixed punishment will reduce crimes and are agree with. Conversely others think many crimes will be not punished correctly. There are many arguments supporting both views.
Some people says and believe, since a person know the type of punishment he could have, if he commit a crime, this person will be able for to do that. Besides that’s if they knew will be able to convince the judge the reasons of the crime.
On the other hand, if the people knowing the will be heavily punished committing a crime, they tend to be upset of commit a crime.
There are two ways about it, crimes have to punished based of the circumstance that’s the crime was committed, in the others words laws have to be make based in the motivation of the crime.
For instance, if someone commits a crime on he or she self-defence, these facts have to be considered on the punishment. Whereas, if a crime has been planned and it can be proven, then this crime have to be heavily punished.
I strongly believe that’s all circumstance have to taken in account when deciding on the punishment, it means the type of crime, the manner which it was committed, why it was committed. And the laws have to be established based on all facts.
