ABSTRACT
This report provides an in-depth view of my graduation internship at The Ministry of Gender Children and Social Development. I performed my internship at The Ministry of Gender Children and Social Development in Nairobi, Kenya. My role has been Information communication and Technology support, providing support to clients and staff in Different Gender Ministry Department. During the time of my internship, my primary goal, as stated by my supervisor has been to provide the highest possible efficiency and cost effective Support assistance to the various Department found within the Ministry. Meeting this goal entails work during and outside of business hours. Outside of normal business hours, I was expected to be researching more on challenging activities that I come across during my daily task activities.
