|Hypothesis: | |How can students with disabilities success be increased to meets or exceeds in reading and math on ISAT and AIMS web assessments? | |Measure of Improvement: | |Progress will be measured through data collection from ISAT (state assessment) and AIMS web assessment (district benchmark assessment) given | |at different times throughout the year. | |Evaluation and Analyzing of Data: | |Following each ISAT assessment, the Improvement Team will assess and analyze data for improvements and weaknesses with students with | |disabilities. After AIMS web is given, the Improvement Team will assess and analyze data for improvements and weaknesses with students with | |disabilities. If scores are increasing, then the Team will continue with current improvement plan.
