The attempt or the success of human trade and exploitation of human beings for labor against their will, sexual favors and prostitution is now called “Human Trafficking.” This will be going in depth on the truths and tall tales of “Human Trafficking.” It has been a transnational phenomenon; it is the second up to the international drug trade in relation to organized crime. By estimators, it is projected to be a multi-billion dollar business that will affect several million people in virtually every country across the globe. It is equal to historical day’s slavery, but now with the 21st century twist of prostitution. Human trafficking as a phenomenon that is widespread even in our new complex developed world. In the United States, for instance, more than twenty thousand people are forced into the modern day equivalent of slavery every year. Transnational crime has its roots that tie into most of everything such as stocks and the world economy. Exploitation also includes forcing children into prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation. Such as forced labor or services, or practices similar to slavery. Or in more extreme cases there are taken from their country brought to America illegally to be killed or have certain organs removed with no payment to the original owner of the organ. Studies also show that trafficked people often suffer from a high level of psychological and physical health problems. Women are vulnerable to reproductive and other health problems in trafficking situations. As the fact they have no access or limited access to reproductive health care. These include lack of access to condoms, birth control, constant rapes, forced abortions and lack of regular mammograms and other severe health issues.
