Establish a training unit to fill the company technical requirement. Developing policies and procedures.

Decreasing deficiency percentage by technical training and development. Develop a technical sales materials and training to solve the non- engineering sales representatives’ problem that considered a big obstacle and barrier cause a bad effect in sales target achievement.
