Introduction:

              I want to write my research paper on certain topics pertaining to HR’s role in mitigating the

risks in management. I will write about certain aspects of what managers and supervisors can do

when it comes to minimizing the risks in the hiring process of human resources. Topics such as work-

place violence, video monitoring in the (technological aspects of human resources management), the

succession planning aspect, and also talent acquisition and development i.e background information,

succession planning, and emergency and disaster planning-preparedness.

                These are different subjects that I will write about that will contain scholarly sources with

authentic citations. I want to show the reader that I have an understanding as to what management in

the human resources vocation can do to have a better understanding of how to screen good employees

and add value to their organization in the process. There are a number of ways that managers in the

human resources departments of organizations can evaluate talented people and hire the right man or

woman for the job without compromising the integrity and ethical code of the company, and I want to

show the reader the different avenues that managers and supervisors can take to make this a reality .

By giving scholarly examples from the research, I will show how management in HR are utilizing the use

of valuable tools like technology and talent acquisition to strengthen their position to find qualified

candidates to fill the companies need. With these valuable resources, human resource departments

have had a easier task of hiring potential high reward-low risk employees in recent years.
