Strategic human resource management (SHRM) in the other world of business it mainly denotes how top management is leading the organisation in a particular direction in order to achieve its specific goals, objectives, vision and overall purpose in the society in a given context/ environment. The HR managers play a very significant role in achieving these organisationl goals through different means and strategies. As many people have pointed out, notion of the strategy is subject to a confusing variety of interpretations.
