This report is intended to identify the purpose of establishing the personnel department in the Eclipse Engineering Company. It will also specify the activities that shall be performed by the new department proposed. The report will go further to state the means of maintaining adequate personnel records as well as the implications of their maintenance. The report will also tackle the choice of personnel record keeping as to whether should be computerised or paper records stating the advantages and disadvantages of each relating to Eclipse Engineering Company.
