Executive summary
For this report, according to analyze Dainty Sichuan Restaurant to find the main HRM problem which is high employee turnover and to find the ways to solve the problem.

Dainty Sichuan Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant, which located in the china town of Melbourne. This is a successful restaurant when it was got award by The Age magazine. However, there are some problems, which have occurred in restaurant in recent time which related to human resource management.

The main problem of Dainty Sichuan is high employee turnover. There are two causes of this problem, including management failure and lack of employee training. Then, according to these two causes, we also provide some reasonable solutions, which are offering a systematic training and suit the remedy to address the occurred problems.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in an organization because it related to the personal policies and managerial systems that affect to the workforce (Introduction to Human Resource Management, 2011). According to Divyesh (2013), motivation and training are both important functions of HRM. Thus, the success of an organization depends on the ways it used to manage human resource.
