1. What is your position on this issue? Provide two or three reasons to support your argument. I think that it is a good idea for pets to be allowed in some work places. I believe that so long as the pets are well trained and groomed this is something to consider. In studies done by The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health and principal investigator Randolph Barker, a professor of management in the VCU School of Business, there is less stress, higher than norm job satisfaction and the support that is given by the pets helps the employees to be more committed to the job. When talking about being well behaved this means does not knock things over, jump up on people or bites, does not frequently have to go to the bathroom, and in general does bark or is a nuisance. If this is a continual problem you will be asked not to bring your pet in ever again. The pet cannot be left alone at any given time while you have them at the work place. If you have to leave and someone is willing to take responsibility then the same rules apply. (Citizens Space Working Location; Hosted by: Sustainable Websites , N/A) 3.
