Miss.Meghna is a friend of our friend acquaintances,so we approached her directly through him and had a telephonic interview of her regarding the system they follow to motivate there employess.As she was out of town it was not possible to have face-to-face in her view so we settled down with a telephonic conversation and also recorded it with her permission.

QUES.What motivation means to you?
ANS.According to me motivation is the combination of all the following:- * Working environment plays an important role.
* Appropriate Salary is must.
* The job should lead to learning which improves competency. QUES.How do you motivate your employees?Is it monetary or non monetary factors? ANS.As per me,the motivation is both monetary and non monetary in my organization.The monetary includes appraisal on the basis of employees work quality.And non monetary involves factors like working environment and co-ordination between different hierarcy levels. QUES.How do you get to know about the motivational factors of each of your employees? ANS.Our firm follows a weekly and yearly review system inn which the HR Department interacts directly with the employees and use their views to know the expectations of the employees and accordingly adjust the system. In weekly system,HR department meets 3-4 employees randomy and tries to learn/find the problems and queries that the employees are facing and helps them in finding the solution for the same.Solution of personal grievances o fthe employees motivates them too. In yearly system, the managers of the corresponding departments gives information to the HR department regarding problems faced by their employees on the monthly basis and in the end of the year the information is evaluated and the HR department tries to find the solutions for the issues and queries. QUES.What is the vision of your department over the next 2-3 years? ANS.We are planning for one year that we improving the existing system and introducing activities which leads to self motivation of employees.The activities should be oriented more towards employees involvement. QUES.What major challenges are you currently facing as a manager? ANS.We all here enjoy our work and our seniors and subordinates are very supportive. QUES.Does motivation really helping your employees to work better? ANS.Appropriate working environment leads to effective and efficient working of the employees.And thus,enchanced productivity of the QUES.How you match organizational goals with individual goals of your organization? ANS. Firstly we study the individual goals and tries to understand whether these goals leads to the direction of organization growth.
