Everyone understands each other even if they all are ranked higher throughout the airline. They each might have been that low on the job sight an makes them understand each and every other employee. Rewarding employees for excellent performance to maintain loyalty, job satisfaction, an high level of personal motivation. They tend to have employees that have worked their for many years.
