InterClean, before the merged of EnviroTech, sells and markets cleaning products but with the merger the company will be inspire to begin marketing full scale of cleaning services and solutions to large industries such as health care organizations. The health care sectors are continually face with new regulations overseeing the maintenance of sterile environment to provide exception healthcare services without the fear of spreading diseases from unclean surroundings. The new services will include training employees, substantial monitoring of environmental regulations of cleaning and OSHA standards and full services cleaning contracts.
Job Analysis and Workforce System
Tamya Robinson, midlevel sales manager, job is to support the new transformation and formulate a new sales force. The sales team will consist of six sales team members headed by Tamya. A job analysis will be developing an outline of the requirement for the sales positions. Next, Tamya will produce a workforce planning system and finally, she will select the members for the new sales team.
