Category 1:

Point of view is the place from which something is viewed or observed

Assumptions are beliefs one takes for granted, usually at the subconscious or unconscious levels of thought

Point of view and Assumptions were placed into category 1 because if you have a clear understanding of one’s point of view, you will be able to make more accurate assumptions. Assumptions shape your point of view.

Category 2:

Questions are sentences or phrases that ask for additional information when there is doubt or uncertainty about something

Data, Information and Evidence are the facts, data, proof, experiences or knowledge used to figure something out.

Purpose is ones goal or objective; what one is trying to accomplish, the reason something is done or stated; the intention or aim of something

Implications and Consequences are claims or truths that logically follow from other claims or truths. Implications follow from thought and consequences follow from actions.

Purpose and Implications & Consequences were placed into Category 3 because the purpose of something will have implications and/or consequences. The results of one’s purpose (objective or action) are the implications or consequences (what will or will not happen). There consequences for one’s actions.

Concepts are theories, principles, hypotheses or ideas that are used in making sense of things.
