Research ( A-Z List of e-journals ( In Title search, search for the Journal/Title
The search may show several journal names that may include the string you searched. Click on the journal you require. A window will pop with several databases to choose from. My preference is to use Scholars Portal, Ebscohost or Proquest but any other database will be OK.
Browse to the Volume and Issue of the article.
Key Questions to Address
1. While many have argued for the new opportunities IT creates, the skeptics argue against it. Discuss the key arguments author Nicholas Carr presents.
2. What is the “IT Productivity Paradox”? How is the Article 2 attempting to explain it?
3. From the “portfolio of IT roles”, identify and briefly explain the NON-COMMODITY roles, which according to Article 2, could lead to competitive advantages and provide significant benefits to firms.
