Introduction
Welcome to Enviro Tech where our goal is to build a business process with supportive training specifically designed to help teams grow business and achieve growth goals. Each team member is held at the high level of performance standards. Associates will continue improving the organizations performance, operational excellence, and associate proficiency. Associates will understand and live the values that underpin our culture as well as bring personal integrity to our organization by upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. The team will delight our customers and exceed satisfaction goals. The organization and the team members will create workforce stability by cultivating an engaged, spirited, trained, and well-coached team, while driving sales to meet customer needs, and meet and exceed sales targets. Enviro Tech training development program leads people to perform, sustains intensity and optimism, and applies technical and functional expertise. The training program also promotes formal and informal coaching with constructive feedback. Below is the outline of Enviro Techs training program that is created to maximize personal impact and build an organization that values one another and it profits.

New Training and Mentoring Needs
Training will begin with an Individual Development Plan (IDP), which is an ongoing, evolutionary process rather than a single event. This will be evaluated every six months. It involves supervisors and employees discussing what they are doing and documenting the strategies to help employees develop and grow. The most important ingredient in successful skill development is the employee’s accountability.
