1 .TELL ME ABOUT “YOURSELF”

A. HI, I AM SRINADHAREDDY,I AM currently working in achala services,banglore as test engineer
B. I have over 2 years of experience in manual testing of web applications
C. I have completed my mca from s.v university , tirupati.
D. I have even worked as assistant lecturer in seicom degree college in the department of computer science . E. I am basically from andhra pradesh but settled down in Bangalore.
2. WHY ARE YOU CHANGING PRESENT COMPANY ?
ANS.
NOW , I am looking for a change of company as I am currently on bench due to closure of the project.
3. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR COMPANY ? ANS.
A. Achala services is a complete it solutions company established in 2007
B. Achala services is a subsidiary of achala juridiques.
C. Achala services has experience in executing s/w projects i.e full life cycle projects based on customer requirement analysis to the delivery of completed product.
D. We have only one development center located in Bangalore.
E. We have services for s/w development ,s/w testing and we do have IT staffing solutions.
F. We have full time employees working dedicatedly for achala services and also We have employees working on achala payroll and deputed to companies like trilogy, abb.
STAFFING SERVICES:
1. FULL-TIME employment(permanent working in achala)
2. Contract employment(working on payroll of achala)
3. Contract to hire employment( from contract to full time employment)

Q) ANY CERTIFICATION AND EXTRA SKILLS ? I HAVE enrolled(applied) for istqb exam, iam going to take the certification on 28th sept 13.
Q) YOUR CURRENT SALARY ? I am getting 10,000/- per month.
Q) EXPECTED SALARY ? AS per company norms/standards
I am expecting some where around 12,000-15,000 k( other company 15 to 20 thousand)
