Human resources management introduction

Human resources management seemed to be like the heart of the human body , it manages 75% of the company 's duties , as well as the difficulties that face this department made it the strongest department of a company,HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGMENT is viewed as an embracing term describing a number of distinctive approaches to people management.“ Many people find HRM to be a vague and elusive concept - not least because it seems to have a variety of meanings. Pinning down an acceptable definition can seem like trying to hit a moving target in a fog”. [1]
His status reflects the different interpretations found in articles and books about human resource management.

The definitions of recruitment :

Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring the best qualified and suitable person (candidate) either internally or externally for a job position and to meet a various duties and to enhance an experience which required to any kind of business. Any wrong or bad hire isn 't necessarily going to devastate the whole firm in case of big companies or organizations , but for a small business, that one bad hire could cause issues within the company that are very difficult to resolve. The recruitment selection process is key to avoid the need to damage control due to a poor hiring choice.

The process of recruiting includes many steps :

1-Vacancies, which occur because of a various reasons, as retirement ( when an employee reaches the age of retirement as per country 's labor law) , resign ( someone could resign in a reason of moving abroad, finding better opportunity,personal reasons, familial needs etc.)or firing ( in case of the employee is not doing his or her job as it must be done, or finding
