1. INTRODUCTION

This study is a self-reflection and a 360 evaluation of my leadership style and other leadership attributes. Leadership-If any one can persuade and inspire others from his style, so it means he has very attractive leadership style. For a leader it’s necessary to rotate the actions and job on specific time on these changing surroundings of this responsibility world Self-reflection is consistent with being self-awareness and it helps for an appropriate understanding of you for good management of people living in the society. It involves in illuminating who you are and creates self-awareness for a proper management of ones self and others.

This study consists of self-assessments and 360 assessments by others. The personal assessments determines how I see in my opinion (my leadership style) while the others assessments will indicate how others view my leadership style. There are overall of 17 self-assessments while in the others assessment, for my self awareness and my skills in leadership.

2. METHODOLOGY

The self-assessment and 360 evaluation were conducted using a diagnostic instruments from the "Leading and Managing People Study Guide" including the instruments from the text. The instruments include:

I conducted the Self-Assessments while the instruments for others were administered to three different people who are my supervisor. A complete understanding and analysis of the results of the various assessments like Self reflection and others are attached at the end as Appendix.

Discussion

Leadership

The Principle dynamic force that motivates and coordinates the organization in the accomplishment of its objectives (BASS, 1993). The common characteristic of a leader is his ability to inspire and stimulate others to achieve worthwhile goals. Leadership as a lifestyle provides a loom to leadership that is based upon the quality of one's life rather than the power of ones situation. The figure below shows some leadership styles and the balance of control among the management and the employee.
