We made our way to our seats 15 minutes before the show was supposed to start, settling in to the back left side of the main floor. I was impressed by how well I could see the stage and instruments…
This concert gives me a good chance to get access to the new style of the music. I think it is a very exciting concert. All the performers are highly emotional act in the concert. Also the type of music attracts me a lot. I wish I could take part concert like this again.…
Upon taking our seats we realized just how good they were not to close but not too far away. We took our seats about 7:15 in the FAQ’s on the Alliance theaters website it says to be there 15 minutes before show time it specifically states that if you are late they will seat you in special seating for late comers then you will be moved after intermission to your specific seats. Well the show was supposed to start at 7:30 and at 7:40 they were still seating people which I thought should not have happened that way. The show started at approximately 7:50 which was about 20 minutes late. Most people didn’t seem to mind except for the people like me who brought kids with them you could tell they were a little aggravated as the kids were sitting there for about half an hour doing…

It is important to realize that weather will be a key problem in our case. One reason is if we stay in Michigan it might be colder, and more rainy. The concert in Michigan takes place April 27th, and the month April in Michigan can be bipolar. If people have to stand in line waiting to enter the building, then the weather should be nice. It should not be cold or rainy. If we go to the one in Indiana, then it would most likely be a beautiful day in July.…
Imagine waiting hours for one of the best bands in the entire world. Waiting hours on end to get kicked out of the line for front row to The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Anthony Kiedis, Chad Smith, Josh Klinghoffer and fucking Flea. It’s the seventh of June and we are at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee. I had planned for months and months ahead of time to wait in line all day to get in the pit or the “very front row area” for the concert. This was my first attempt to be in the front row for any concert. I just finished reading “Scar Tissue” by Anthony Kiedis and have the hugest crush on him. I remember searching up that people would wait as soon as the Bonnaroo doors would open just to be in the pit for the headliners and that was exactly what I was planning on doing because I had watched videos and their concerts looked so fun at the front.…
I enjoy and listen to variety of music from classical music to rap music. I have attended many concerts, mostly symphony bands concerts. I have attended many of my sisters’ honor band concerts. However, interestingly, through whole my life, I have never experienced jazz music and I have never been to jazz concert. This was my first time attending a Jazz concert. Therefore, I didn’t know what kind of music to expect or any music that I was familiar to. This concert was a new experience for me. It was far different from a Hip Hop concert held in some big venue. The purpose of this concert was to show the talent of the future musicians in the art community of Lone Star College: North Harris Campus. Therefore, it was hard for me to decide which jazz concerts would give me most pleasure and exciting experience. I researched for jazz concerts listing and I decided to go to the concert they had at North Harris in April 27, 2015. One of the reason I went to this concert was, that it was in campus, it was free, and my Music Appreciation teacher mention it in class.…
I went to the concert on a Saturday, one hour before people were allowed inside. Since Starfvcker isn’t as known, the venue was at ___ which is a small and intimate place which I prefer. I don’t like big venues because the band’s connection to the audience isn’t really there. My sister and I stood in the back because we didn’t want to get pushed around in the front but thankfully it was a small venue so we could…
We had been setting up the stage and the audio all week but on the first day of the concert we starting setting up chairs around 3:00 because the doors opened up at 4:30. The stadium started to get full and all of the ground seats were taken. I could see cameras and local radio personalities such as Melissa “Wade in the Water” and Jerry Smith of 103.9 The Light and I'm not a shy person so I definitely introduced myself. They were so nice and Ms. Wade even let me walk around with her for a while while she met with different entertainers for the night. What was different about this is that is wasn't just the big named gospel singers that were performing but there were church groups and small choirs and this one mime team that caught my attention in particular called Face 2 Face. I gravitated toward them for one, because I mime myself and two, is that they were extremely powerful dancers at only the age of eleven. Jordan, the male of the duo gave me a poster of the two of them and I asked him for his autograph and the female of the duo, his cousin jumped in said sassily “I'll sign it for you” and I chuckled. They were definitely one of my favorites performers that night.…
I went straight back to practicing because the concert would come to me in a blink of an eye. My heard was beating so hard it felt like someone was pounding hammer on my chest, I was shaking, sweating, disey, everything you could possibly imagine I felt like I was about to faint. Guitar has been one of they most important things in my life since I first started at age 6 and it just started to come naturally. I was doing great while practicing and had finally nailed every song I played. Playing up on this stage with this band would soon decide my future, if I fail I could never get this chance again and if I do good I could soon be playing all the time, my dream would come true. I had always had my own band with my friends since a young age and we were good but had never played on a stage, and if I were to do good at the concert my band also could start to become…
I could never forget my first band concert. We had to wear formal clothes and we had to bring our saxophone. We had to practice all year for that moment. We waited in the stands while the first band was playing. Then when they finished the second band started playing. We waited until there band was done after them was us. We started playing playing the first song and when that one was over the crowd cheered. After that we started playing our second song. When that one was finished the crowd cheered even more since we were beginners. After that they gave out awards calling out the best players and the ones that tried the most and stuff like that. Then we all went home to enjoy the rest of the night. That was my first band concert, but definitely…
Hopefully, the event space will have a manual for event organizers to read and follow. A manual would be ideal to use for guidance, as well as, ensuring that all policies, procedures and regulations are followed by all guest and clients. The manual should include in overview of the venue, contact phone numbers and payment information and options for exhibitors. Its policies should include, but not be limited to, that of parking, access into the building or loading area, displays, operational hours, passes that may need to be obtained, equipment, including electrical and emergency exits and evacuations. Health and safety practices should also be outlined. Regulations that should be outlined should be that of exhibitor conduct, and FDA regulations.…
