How to Repair Vibrating Feeder

1. In the operation of vibrating feeder, its amplitude should be checked regularly, the current and surface temperature of its vibrating motor should be in evenly amplitude and don’t shake. Its vibrating motor current should be smooth, if there is something wrong, please stop and check the machine immediately.
2. Lubrication of vibrating motor bearing is the key point of proper functioning of the whole vibrating feeder.   During operation, the molybdenum disulfide 2# lubricating grease should be add regularly to the bearing in every two months, however, in the hot temperature season , lubricating grease should be added in every month. The motor should be overhauled and its inner bearing should be replaced half-yearly.
