How to Make a Chocolate Custard Cake
CHOCOLATE CUSTARD CAKE

For the Caramel: For the Cake: 1 cup white sugar 2 ¼ cups sifted flour
¼ cup water 2/3 cup white sugar Pinch of cream of tartar 1 ½ tsp sifted baking soda
For the Plan: ½ cup corn oil
6 eggyolks 8 eggyolks
1 whole egg 2/3 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp fine salt
1 cup condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup cocoa powder 1 tbsp coffee powder ½ cocoa powder 8 eggwhites ½ tsp cream of tartar 1cup white sugar

PROCEDURE:
Preheat the oven350 F.
Prepare the caramel layer: In a large frying pan,combine the sugar water and cream of tartar. Mix well with a spoon,then place over medium heat.
